Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering for a program or creating a portal account, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We offer Lean, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and on-demand Black Belt programs. Program content, schedules, and certification criteria may change at our discretion. Certification is awarded based on successful completion of program requirements and assessment of your improvement project. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke certification if requirements are not met.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and submitting projects, to complete program requirements in good faith, and to refrain from disrupting others' use of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All Platform content — including training materials, templates, frameworks, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use program materials for your personal professional development and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the project submissions and documents you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use, review, and store that content for the purpose of delivering coaching, assessment, and certification services to you.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results from applying Lean Six Sigma methods. Outcomes depend on your efforts, organization, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the program, and in no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
